CONCRETE MATE

Concrete Mate is the innovative system for optimal mix-design control, allowing the selection of up to 15 different formulas and 99 types of materials, enabling multiple combinations to meet the needs of any construction site.

The Concrete Mate software assists the operator in dosing the ingredients of the stored mixture, indicating the sequence of operations and work times for each phase, minimizing errors. At the end of the process, a “RMC PLANT Standard” certificate is issued, containing mix-design data, including the client’s name, the construction site, the operator, mixing time, and any weight deviations from the original design.

Additionally, Concrete Mate automatically adjusts the water-cement ratio based on the moisture content of the materials. Management control, quality monitoring, and operational cost oversight are performed through a remote internet-based control system (IPOTWeb), which is also available as a smartphone app (IPOTAPP). LOAD CELL WEIGHING SYSTEM

The load cell weighing system ensures perfect control of the mix-design structure using 4 electronic load cells at the base of the drum. These allow for the instantaneous dosing and control of all loaded aggregates, including water, while also storing up to 99 different mix-designs, with a maximum of 24 ingredients at a time.

At the end of the final loading phase, a summary ticket is printed automatically, and the data can be saved to a USB drive.
